When construction starts, Safety fences will be erected, demolition will take place, and your new dream will start to rise out of the ground. This work will be supervised by qualified builders who will co-ordinate the works and oversee the quality. Every tradesman working on your site will have to meet strict criteria, be licensed, have all OH&S in place and be scrutinized to meet the LAHNTON quality code. This is beyond the standards and tolerances that are required in the Building act. We have our own standards that we strictly enforce.
